A ride that feels as smooth as butter. In this offsite service^, we use an ultrasonic cleaner to strip away embedded grit on the drivetrain, helping it run smooth and last longer.
^At no additional costs, we will pick up, service offsite and deliver your bike to your location.

….bikes that see a lot of use, commuter bikes, bikes that have gone a few seasons without a good cleaning or need a tune-up to bring it back to baseline.

Not every bike needs a package. We also provide individual repairs and maintenance, including brakes, shifting, tires, wheels, drivetrain service and other common bicycle repairs. If you ordered a new bike, we can assemble and fine-tune it for you too!

Your bike gets serviced at your home or another agreed-upon location.
A flat House/Location Fee of $30 is charged for every visit. If you sign up for any of the Tune-Up packages (excluding Safety Check) or Assemblies, the House/Location Fee will be waived.
We Bring the Workshop to You
Your bike stays where it is. We bring the tools, equipment and know-how to get the job done.

Service time depends on the bike and the work being performed. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when we discuss your service. For the Deep Clean Tune-Up Package, your bike will be transported in a fully enclosed van for servicing and delivered back to you with no extra charge.

Absolutely. My goal is to recommend what your bike actually needs—not to sell you work it doesn't need.

Parts are generally separate from service labor unless specifically stated otherwise. We'll discuss any parts your bike needs before proceeding.

Yes, I service many e-bikes, particularly the bicycle components such as brakes, shifting, wheels, tires, and other mechanical systems. Because e-bike systems vary, please contact me with your bike's make and model so I can confirm what I can service.
